FreightCaviar Technologies, Inc. provides ShipperCRM ("Service") through the website https://shippercrm.com (the "Site"). The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. No Refunds

All payments for the Service are non-refundable.
